Captain Britain


Here's one of the better, non Lego based, sketches I did at the Dublin comic con a few months ago. His proportions are a bit out of whack, but I suppose that's what you get for going straight to ink with no pencils. Thanks to Wade Campbell for the scan.

I find it works well for convention sketches, 'cause once you put a line down that's it, you can't change it. If focuses the drawing and makes things go a lot more quickly. If I was pencilling I'd be constantly erasing and changing things. And hello Jim, welcome to the blog.
