I've never really used Photoshop for much beyond colouring, probably because you have to fiddle with the default brushes quite a lot to get something that's nice to draw with. Here's a Photoshop sketch of a guy smoking for no particular reason. Also I just realised he has no eyebrow.

Its a nice foray into photoshop line art. What did you use to go back over your line with to get that broken up look?
That broken line effect is actually inherent in the brush itself, rather than an effect I added afterwards.
Thankfully, one doesn't need eyebrows to smoke.
